How do I go about it?
Householder - We will arrange for a Draycott Homeshare Liaison to visit you to discuss your needs. During this discussion all requirements and obligations of the Homeshare scheme will be fully explained. We will then endeavour to match you with an appropriate Homesharer.
Homesharer - Draycott Homesharers are interviewed to make sure that they meet our stringent criteria, and for us to get to know their personalities for compatibility purposes. Couples will also be considered as Homesharers dependant on the home owner’s needs and accommodation. Draycott Homeshare undertakes a Criminal Records Bureau check on all Homesharers. Potential Homesharers must provide us with at least two referees which we personally follow up.
What it costs
At Draycott Homeshare we endeavour to provide an alternative solution that is cost-effective, delivers peace of mind, comfort, practicality and security. We charge a monthly fee to both Householder and Homesharer. The fee is payable for as long as the arrangement is in place.
